They are 100 functional and work great. You are contemplating the purchase of an Kenwood gifts 430s hf ham radio transceiver and a matching Kenwood ps 50 power supply, both in excellent working condition. 5 cosmetically as they show only very minor wear and scratching.

I would give these items an 8.

If you don't know what you are buying on, how to use it, or if you are the kind who looks for the problem instead of the solution, then go elsewhere and spend your money. If you are looking for a great radio which is ready to use go for it. There is one issue with the transceiver, the meter light is out.

The two of these items are fairly large and heavy, hence the shipping costs. I also have the new LG z 11 pro ii antenna tuner which I was going to use with this setup up for offer. The radio has had the mars cap modification done as well as the extra digit on the frequency counter.
