Details:

There is a sticker on the bottom that reads, 18 a, 13. Originally the SP-99 weighed around 2 lbs, but it is now 11 lbs with power supply addition. The Heathkit HM-9 and multi meter are not for sale, but was just used testing purposes of power supply.

The SP-99 has been modified to also include a home brew power supply. Looks like a pair of 7745 non power transistors on the heat sink. The Heathkit SP-99 was manufactured from and designed to go with HW-99 or hw-9 transceivers. 5 watts with no power supply or speaker problems.

It is too heavy for portable ops so has been setting on a shelf since then time to find new home. It could serve as a base station speaker power supply. No manual or schematic.

On both the speaker and power supply were tested using a RP 80m cw rig into dummy load switch does not light when turned. 8 volt, use 5a fuse, the Heathkit SP-99 cabinet has lots of scratches and is a little bowed on backside where heat sink mounted.
