Press the enter button to lock in frequency. Clear two times to start over. Use the lockout button to block any channel that you don't want listen anytime by pressing when is showing on digital screen or press manual and enter number keypad.

Press the manual button again. The only features that work when lock button is switched to in are scan, manual, squelch and volume. Lock the keypad out to prevent accidental changes programmed channels. Very nice condition with good reception.
