Works as it should. Its been in storage for a year, just tested and supplied 12v to my meter, that being said as is with all electronics its sold. Does not come with anything but the supply, can be wired for 100 to 240 volts as needed.

Cosel PBA1500F-12 switching power supply. Unit is adjustable. I had it ran 240 volts when used but just tested with 110v as dont have the other cord anymore.
