Pl 259 connectors. Has 3 really deep nylon detentes that hold position really good and should prevent any movement from occurring once a new position has been selected.

The 4 coax connectors can be adjusted in and out, the hex nuts you see are used to lock them into position. Really large silver contacts can be seen with little to no wear. Buyer pays the return shipping.

All aluminum housing, I re lubed the detente grease when we had it open.

Dow key company 3 position coaxial switch large silver button contacts should be good for 2 kw tricky switch, you open it up my removing the 3 screws around the parameter, you don't mess with the coax connectors or take off the knob.
