Good luck with your buying. The Heathkit 17 series power supplies were classics, and almost every serious repairman, ham, experimenter had one on his bench when tube equipment ruled.

If you work with tube-type equipment, or would just like the ability to put out some high dc voltage s occasionally, you'll find this power supply fills bill. I ship at my cost. These are not collector items, just good working tools that have lots of useful life left in them. This unit is in proper working condition and shown the first photo delivering its maximum rated voltage continuous current simultaneously.

There is no handling charge.

6 volts at 2 amperes are also available. Newer items I acquired as needed them for my work and hobbies.

3 volts ac at 4 amperes, or photo 2 shows the c output with no load.

They are otherwise sold as-is. Only the detailed construction steps have been omitted.

The test leads used to connect load in photo 1 are not included of course. Some of the kit items I built myself back in mid '50s. My name is john.

Detachable power cords, cables and other accessories are not included unless stated. Also available is a c bias voltage which continuously variable from to 100 volts at 1 ma more lower load. All rules apply.

The IP-17 provides a variable regulated b voltage of to 400 volts at up 100 ma continuous, or 125 intermittently. Offers will not be ended early. However, the cost of packaging materials has been added to shipping calculator.

A few older items I bought on just for the joy of fixing them up and seeing vacuum tubes glow again. Filament voltage s of parcel select shipping is not available for this item.
