One knob is missing and the little door on top does not have push-in fasteners. Comes with power cord and manual. This one does receive and transmit.
Please message me with any questions. Here is what I can tell you about them. Two pictures show the top and bottom inside of this unit. For sale two Icom IC-701s and one IC-701-ps.
The second to last picture shows connector I wired on test because that was there didn't match power supply and a modern-day Icom ps either. No microphone. I do not know about transmit audio but there is power out on all bands as shown for 20m band the watt meter picture. Neither radio is completely dead.
The dial also changes frequency as it should. It is not wired to turn on a modern-day Icom power supply. The first radio powers up but neither transmits nor receives although band change switch does clunk relay and proper frequencies show in display.
After the IC-701-ps pictures you are looking at second radio.
