Details:

It was in with a box of parts I purchased. I don't know anything about this item, but according to the package it will reduce whining noise cause by an automotive alternator. Due to age, I cannot guarantee it will work. Likely from 1960s or so.

Would also make a nice automotive display item. The back side provides installation instructions and while a bit illegible, still you can make them out. But I can say it has never been out of the package and installed.

This came from a recent antique vintage auto offer. Appears to have never been opened, but package is a little tattered just due age.
