So I suspect it was used, but probably not much. Look at the pics, they show the condition. The unit was tested at 14v and 10a the maximum my load will draw and it works flawlessly.

It looks like new, but it did not have the original plastic bag that it came in nor did it have the original manual in the box. This Astron vs 20m power supply was found in the original box in a cabinet of a company that was shutting down.
