I do not have a manual and it is missing 1 cabinet screw from the top cover. The front panel says operating range is 0-20v and 0-10 but meter scales are 0-24v 0-12 amp.

The power cable is included. The unit powers up and readings taken on my multi meter not included look accurate see photos.
