A uncommon Collins accessory, these are rarely found. It may very well power right up. Cosmetically it is in pretty nice shape.

However, if that arrangement also causes problems, then I cannot help since can not wave this requirement. Designed for use with s-line transmitters. Operational status unknown, I assume it should be re-capped since has the original electrolytic.

I would certainly let the caps reform prior to use at a minimum. I will do my utmost to resolve any issues.

Has the terminal lug cover that is frequently missing. Unfortunately with my schedule I simply do not have time to handle them.
